I love historic venues, there's no hiding that fact...so when Celia told me her and Will were getting married at the gorgeous historic Mimslyn Inn in Luray, VA I was more than thrilled. It was classic, elegant and reminded me of the roaring twenties. The ballroom even had a scene painted from the 1920's! (not to mention the speakeasy in the lower part of the hotel!!) Celia's details were amazing and really made my detail loving heart happy...from the pearls to the blue Badgley Mischka rhinestone heels, oh happy day!! The heat looked good on them and taking their bridal portraits on skyline drive was the perfect location to introduce the new Mr + Mrs Diem. I loved all the little details Celia put into their wedding day including the framed photographs of each of their parents on their wedding day. So between all the gorgeous details, awesome backdrops and lovely memories...I'd say Celia + Will's wedding was a lovely success. Congrats to you both!!
